When you subscribe to the plan, you'll be billed according to the plan you choose.

• Monthly plans are billed at the time of purchase and renew on the same day each month.
• Annual plans are billed once upfront for the full year at the time of purchase.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll send you a reminder email before your annual renewal so you're never caught by surprise.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

• All subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Weekly credits do not roll over from week to week.
• Purchased credits expire one year after date or purchase.

EU Business Customers: If you are VAT registered in the EU, please provide your VAT ID on the checkout page or before completing checkout by emailing contact@rowansci.com. Purchases completed without a VAT ID will be treated as a consumer transaction, and VAT may be charged.
